Welcome to your Assurelink Smart Home Care System.

The Smart Home Care System kit is easy to set up and comes complete with a comprehensive guide and stickers to inform you on exactly how to set everything up. You will need to download the Assurelink App, available on Google Play and the App Store, with the Gateway code included on the inside of your box. You can contact us if you encounter any problems with setting up your system.

Once you have set up the system in the home and have logged into your account via the app, you can then set up the usual parameters of your loved one’s routine (eg. their usual sleep and waking time). You will be notified by an alert to your phone if there has been activity that may require your attention, for example if a door has been detected to be left open for an extended period of time or there has been no movement from a certain room. You can share your account with other friends or family members, so that they can also view the data. Once you’re set up, you’re good to go! No hidden fees, no subscription. Both you and your loved one have complete reassurance at all times.

The Smart Home Care System is completely non-intrusive and never records sound or video, so rest assured your loved ones’ privacy is protected at all times.  We hope that the system will allow those who are elderly and vulnerable to live in the comfort of their own home independently for longer, whilst giving peace of mind to those who care for them.
